Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 mediums Potatoes (2 lbs.)
½ cup Skim milk
3 tablespoons + 1 tsp. Molly McButter natural butter flavor sprinkles

Directions

Peel and cut potatoes into quarters. Boil until tender (20-25 minutes). Drain and mash. Add milk to desired consistency. Mix in Molly McButter. Makes 4 cups (8 servings). Garnish as desired.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes: substitute Molly McButter Garlic & Herb for Molly McButter Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles.

Mashed Potatoes Dijon: add 2-½ tsp. Dijon mustard to original recipe.
