cup Pecans
3 tablespoons Sugar
3 tablespoons Soft butter or margarine
cup Matzoh cake meal

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9-in. pie pan. Insert metal blade.

Place pecans in work bowl and process until fine; with 3 or 4 pulses. Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended; about 15 to 20 seconds. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until light gold in color. Cool completely before filling.
