Mccutcheon's jelly pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Margarine
1 cup Sugar
5 Egg yolks; beaten
5 Egg whites; whipped til stiff
1 cup Mccutcheon's preserves or jelly
Or fruit spread
1 Single pie crust

Directions

Cream together margarine and sugar. Add well beaten egg yolks. Fold in whipped egg whites then fold in jelly. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 until set.
