Meat and potato loaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Very lean ground beef
2 eaches Egg whites
¼ cup Finely chopped onions
¼ cup Grated carrots
3 ounces Grated unpeeled potatoes
2 tablespoons Ketchup
¼ teaspoon Dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.

Per serving: 22f protein, 15g fat, 7g carb., 181mg sodium, 70mg chol., 259 calories.
