Ingredients

2 | mediums | Potatoes, cooked and peeled |
3 | slices | White bread, soaked in |
Water and squeezed dry | ||

½ | Clove garlic, minced | |
2 | tablespoons | Flour |
2 | Eggs, lightly beaten | |
½ | cup | Water |
½ | teaspoon | Poultry seasoning |
Salt, pepper |
Directions
Combine the beef, potatoes, bread, onion and garlic. Put through a grinder using fine grind. Toss lightly to mix. Do not knead. Add the flour, eggs, water and seasonings. Mix well. Pack into a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Cover loosely with wax paper. Place the loaf pan in a large pan with ½-inch water in the bottom of the pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1½ hours. Add more water to large pan if needed.
