Meat and potatoes meat loaf

Ingredients

pounds Lean beef, cut into chunks
2 mediums Potatoes, cooked and peeled
3 slices White bread, soaked in
Water and squeezed dry
½ Onion
½ Clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Flour
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
½ cup Water
½ teaspoon Poultry seasoning
Salt, pepper

Directions

Combine the beef, potatoes, bread, onion and garlic. Put through a grinder using fine grind. Toss lightly to mix. Do not knead. Add the flour, eggs, water and seasonings. Mix well. Pack into a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Cover loosely with wax paper. Place the loaf pan in a large pan with ½-inch water in the bottom of the pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1½ hours. Add more water to large pan if needed.
