Meatloaf and gravy

Ingredients

1½ | pounds | Ground beef (or 1/2 lb beef; 1/2 lb veal, 1/2 lb pork, all ground) |
1 | large | Grated carrot |
1 | Onion; chopped finely | |
1 | Rib celery; chopped finely | |
¾ | cup | Rolled oats |
½ | cup | Milk powder |
1 | teaspoon | Thyme |
½ | teaspoon | Each salt; pepper, sage, dry mustard |
1 | pinch | Allspice |
2 | cups | Beef broth |
2 | tablespoons | Flour |
Directions

Combine meat, vegetables, rolled oats, milk powder and spices and mix well.
Add ½ c broth, mix again, place into 8x3 inch loaf pan. Bake 350F, 30 min. Pour another ½ c broth over meatloaf, bake in 350F a further 45 min.
