Melon trio with cilantro

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1⅓ cup Honeydew melon balls
1⅓ cup Cantaloupe balls
1⅓ cup Casaba melon balls
¼ cup Fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon Honey

Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine lime juice, cilantro, and honey in a small bowl; add to fruit mixture, tossing gently.

Cover mixture, and chill for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
