Mermaid salmon dip

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can 6 1/8 oz Chicken of Sea
Skinless, boneless Pink
Salmon, Drained.
1 12 oz fat free cream cheese
Softened
¼ cup Green onion, finely chopped
Including some green tops
1 tablespoon Red bell pepper, chopped

Directions

: Place Salmon, cream cheese, and 3 tablespoons green onion in mixing bowl. Mix well with fork until smooth. Garnish with red pepper and remaining tablespoon of green onion. Chill until serving.

Recipe can fill an 8 oz. round loaf, hollowed. Makes 6¼ cup servings.
