⅓ | cup | Cider vinegar |
1 | cup | Brown sugar, packed 70's |
½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
¾ | each | To 1 teasp. mint extract |

In saucepan, combine prunes, liquid, vinegar, sugar, cinnamon, salt.
Boil gently, covered 15 min. Remove from heat; stir in extract.
Cover; let cool. Use to garnish fruit salads. Or pit and stuff prunes with cream cheese; serve on lettuce; pass French dressing. Makes 2½ cups.
