Mixed greens with honey mustard dressing

Ingredients

½ cup Low-fat yogurt
tablespoon Light mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Honey
1 bunch Arugula
Washed, spun dry (2 cups)
1 bunch Frisee (about 2oz)
teaspoon Dijon mustard
teaspoon Lemon juice
1 Scallion, minced
Washed, spun dry (2 cups)
1 small Head Boston lettuce
Washed, spun dry (3 cups)

GREENS

In a bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients with salt and pepper to taste. In a bowl, toss together greens and dressing.
