Morterey chile puffs

1 | cup | Water |
1 | cup | Flour |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
4 | Eggs | |
8 | ounces | Heluva Good Monterey Jack Cheese;, with Jalapeno |
2 | tablespoons | Green chilies; chopped |
4 | ounces | Cream cheese; softened |
Directions
PUFFS
FILLING
In saucepan, melt butter in water. Bring to a full boil. Add the flour and salt all at once. Reduce the heat and continue cooking for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Place mixture in food processor with steel blade. With the motor running add eggs, one at a time. Blend until the dough is satiny in appearance. Drop batter onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375øF for 15 minutes.
