¼ | cup | Sour cream |
¾ | cup | Ricotta cheese |
¼ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes, until well blended (or place in a medium-sized bowl and mix well by hand). Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Note: Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies. And if you want to use lowfat ricotta cheese and substitute yogurt for the sour cream, go ahead!
