Mrs. ozeki's rice

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Leftover rice
½ cup Chopped onion
4 eaches Bacon slices
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Paprika

Directions

Fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Chop bacon in to bite sized pieces. Drain all except about 1 tb. of grease from pan. Saute the onion in the grease, add the chopped bacon, and the leftover rice. Heat until rice is warmed through. Mix together well, add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Paprika for added color.
