Mushroom and seafood special

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 larges Open cup mushrooms
1 teaspoon Oil
8 ounces Haddock; cooked
4 ounces Shrimp; peeled & cooked
2 ounces Fresh bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
1 Egg yolk; beaten
3 ounces White cheddar cheese; grated

Directions

1. Arrange the mushrooms cap side down in a lightly oiled roasting tin.

2. Cut the haddock into small pieces and mix with the prawns, breadcrumbs, oyster sauce and egg yolk.

3. Divide the filling between the mushroom caps, sprinkle with cheese.

4. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
