Ingredients

½ | cup | Flour,all-purpose |
¾ | cup | Sugar, brown |
¼ | cup | Mustard powder |
2 | teaspoons | Turmeric,ground |
½ | cup | Water |
2 | cups | Cider vinegar |
Directions
Combine flour, sugar, mustard powder and turmeric in small bowl.Stir in water. Let stand for at least 2 hours. Combine mustard mixture and vinegar in top of double boiler. Cook, stirring often, over boiling water until mixture starts to thicken. It will thicken completely on standing and cooling. Put mixture into covered jars and refrigerate overnight before serving.
