Hot & sweet mustard

Ingredients

| 4 | Egg; lightly beaten | |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | can | Dry mustard (2 oz) |
| 1 | cup | Apple cider vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
| ½ | cup | Butter or margarine melted |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in top of a double boiler. Cook over low heat, shicking constantly, until thickened (about 10 minutes). Cool and pour into container. Store in refrigerator.
