Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Dry mustard
1 cup White or malt vinegar
2 Eggs
½ cup Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Chopped herbs, optional

Directions

Beat together the mustard and vinegar until smooth. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.

Place the vinegar mixture in a bowl and beat in the eggs and sugar.

Cook in a double boiler over boiling water until thickened,about 10 min. Cool before stirring in the herbs. Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator. Submitted By JIM WELLER On 02-20-95
