Hot and sweet mustard

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Egg, lightly beaten
2 ounces Cn Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Butter, melted
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Apple cider vinegar
teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in top of a double boiler. Cook over low heat, shicking constantly, until thickened (about 10 minutes). Cool and pour into container. Store in refrigerator.
