Nectarine and avocado salad with yogurt dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Plain yogurt
½ cup Regular mayonnaise
2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Sugar
½ teaspoon White pepper
1 Head romaine lettuce; torn into bite-size pieces
2 bunches Arugula
4 Nectarines; pitted, sliced
2 Avocados; pitted, peeled, sliced
Minced fresh chives

Directions

Whisk first 5 ingredients in small bowl to blend. Cover and refrigerate dressing until ready to use. Divide romaine and arugula among plates. Top with nectarines and avocados. Spoon dressing over. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
