Nepalese boiled potatoes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Crushed red chile
½ teaspoon Dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Oil
3 eaches Potatoes, boiled and cut in one inch cubes

Directions

Thoroughly mix mustard, lemon juice, and oil. Pour the mixture over the hot potatoes. Toss gently to coat all the pieces. Sprinkle the red chile over potatoes and serve.
