New fangled potato 'chips'

4 eaches New potatoes
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Butter, melted
1 tablespoon Cider vinegar
1 each Clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Salt and pepper, or to taste

Directions

Scrub potatoes and cut into ½ inch thick slices. In large bowl, combine oil, butter, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir to mix.

Add sliced potatoes and toss to coat. Saving butter mixture for a basting sauce, cook potatoes on grill over medium heat. Turn and baste frequently for about 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Makes about 4 servings. Origin: Canadian Living, June 1995. Shared by: Sharon Stevens, Oct/95.
