New potatoes with dill gravy

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Small new potatoes |
2 | tablespoons | Margarine |
½ | cup | Finely chopped onion |
32 | tablespoons | All purpose flour |
1¼ | cup | Vegetable stock |
2 | teaspoons | Fresh dill, minced -=OR=- |
¾ | teaspoon | Dried dill |
Directions
DILL GRAVY
Place potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water & bring to a boil.
Cook until tender, about 8 to 15 minutes. Drain & cover to keep warm.
GRAVY: In a skillet, melt the margarine & add the onion. Saute until soft. Sprinkle the flour of the onion & cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat, for 1 minute. Add the stock & cook until thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in the dill, pour gravy over the potatoes & serve immediately.
