Sweet and buttery noodle pudding

3¾ | cup | Light 'n Fluffy medium egg noodles, uncooked |
¼ | cup | Butter, softened |
1½ | cup | Ricotta cheese |
½ | cup | Dairy sour cream |
½ | cup | Sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
1 | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | eaches | Eggs |
½ | cup | Raisins |
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Grease 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Coo noodles according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl, stir together butter, ricotta cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Add eggs, beating after each addition. Stir in cooked noodles and raisins. Pour noodles mixture into prepare dish; sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares. 4 to 6 servings.
