¼ | cup | Liquid Butter Buds or Promise Ultra fatfree margarine |
5 | cups | Bread flour |
Directions
*or ¼ cup sugar and 3 packets Sweet 'n Low Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Add sugar, salt, Egg Beaters, Butter Buds and one cup of flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in rest of flour and continue stirring until smooth. Cover and let rise until doubled, 35-40 minutes. Spoon batter into 24 muffin cups sprayed with nonstick spray, filling each cup about ½ full. Let rise until batter reaches the top of the muffin cups. Bake at 400 12-15 minutes. Note: This may be made in the bread machine if you cut the recipe in half and cut the sugar to ½ cup. Per sugar serving: 118 cal., 0.4g fat (3%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 4g pro., 25g carb., 30mg sod. Per S&L serving: 110 cal., 23g carb.
