Ingredients

1 each Pk (7oz) elbows, cooked and drained
½ cup Skim milk
¼ cup Egg beaters, beaten
¼ teaspoon Lite salt, optional
cup Hunt's light spaghetti sauce
1 can (10oz) Rotel tomatoes and green chiles, cut up and drained
1 small Green pepper, finely chopped, optional
1 small Onion, chopped
1 can (8oz) sliced mushrooms, rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups Grated nonfat mozzarella cheese
½ pounds Skinless white turkey meat, ground, cooked and drained

Directions

Blend skim milk, Egg Beater and salt. Add macaroni and mix well.

Spread evenly in a 15 x 10" baking sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Combine Rotel tomatoes with spaghetti sauce and turkey; spread on macaroni. Top with bell pepper, onion, mushroom and Italian seasoning. Top with cheese. Bake at 350F. 30 minutes or until the macaroni mixture is set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
