One pot ground meat and rice

Ingredients

2 Boxes Streits or Goodman's Beef Rice with Vermicilli (can use Rice-A-Roni if you prefer and are not kosher)
2 pounds Ground Meat (I use a combo of ground beef and ground Turkey)
cup Hot Water

Directions

1. Cook meat completly in a fry pan, breaking into small pieces.

2. Add the rice and vermicilli (but not the seasoning mix) and fry together for two minutes.

3. Add the 5-½ Cups of hot water and the seasoning mix from rice mixes.

4. Simmer on an extremely low heat for 20-30 minutes, until all water is absorbed and rice is tender.

5. Serve.
