One-pan potatoes and chicken teriyaki

Ingredients

4 mediums Potatoes, cut into thin wedges & microwaved 8-10 minutes until tender
1 pounds Boned and skinned chicken breasts, cut into long 1/2\" slices
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
½ cup Sliced green onions
¼ cup Prepared teriyaki sauce

Directions

Time: 20 minutes.

While potaotes cook, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5 minutes. Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add onions and teriyaki sauce; toss until heated through.

Per Serving: 280 calories, 9 grams fat, 45 milligrams cholesterol, 740 milligrams sodium, 28 grams carbohydrates, 21 grams protein.
