Orange carrots with noodles

2 tablespoons Margarine
½ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Shredded carrot
½ cup Orange juice
1 tablespoon Cider vinegar
½ teaspoon Salt
6 ounces Wide egg noodles
(about 4 cups), cooked, drained

Directions

In large skillet melt margarine over medium heat. Add onions and carrots. Saute 3 minutes. Add orange juice, vinegar and salt. Bring to boil and cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in egg noodles. Makes 6 servings.
