Orange ginger carrots

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (16 Oz) Frozen Sliced Carrots
½ cup Orange Marmalade
1 tablespoon Butter Or Margarine
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Grated Fresh Ginger

Directions

Place 1-inch of water and metal steamer basket in medium saucepan. Place carrots in basket, and bring water to a boil over medium-high heat. Steam for 4 to 4½ minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove carrots from steamer basket and place in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
