Orange pudding : tapioca pudding with oranges (ada)

1 | Orange: peeled; sectioned |
Directions
Preparation time: only 5 minutes 1. Combine the tapioca with ½ cup of the water and the sugar. Mix well, then let stand for 2 hours.
2. Boil 2 cups of water and add the tapioca mixture. Cook until tapioca is creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Add the orange sections and cook for 2 minutes.
