Oriental chicken hazelnut salad

1 | cup | Shredded carrots |
2 | cups | (5 oz.) bean sprouts |
1 | cup | Red sweet pepper, diced |
1 | cup | Sliced olives |
1 | cup | Sliced celery |
½ | cup | Coarsely chopped hazelnuts (Oregon), roasted |
1½ | cup | Chow mein noodles |
1½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
2 | teaspoons | Curry powder |
1 | tablespoon | Teriyaki sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 | teaspoon | Sesame seeds |
Directions
SALAD
DRESSING
Salad: Combine all ingredients, except noodles.
Dressing: Blend together and toss with salad ingredients. Just before serving, add noodles.
