Oriental chicken hazelnut salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Cooked chicken breast cubed
1 cup Shredded carrots
2 cups (5 oz.) bean sprouts
1 cup Red sweet pepper, diced
1 cup Sliced olives
1 cup Sliced celery
½ cup Coarsely chopped hazelnuts (Oregon), roasted
cup Chow mein noodles
cup Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Curry powder
1 tablespoon Teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds

Directions

SALAD

DRESSING

Salad: Combine all ingredients, except noodles.

Dressing: Blend together and toss with salad ingredients. Just before serving, add noodles.
