Oriental ginger salad dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Salad vinegar; (I most often just sub cider)
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
cup Chopped onion
¼ cup Finely grated carrots
1 teaspoon Celery seed
½ cup Canola oil
½ tablespoon Sugar; or to taste, (up to 1)
1 teaspoon Minced fresh ginger root

Directions

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender, processing on high until veggies are finely minced. Cover and chill thoroughly until ready to serve over salad. Makes

1½ cup.
