Oriental ginger dressing

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
½ teaspoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Fresh ginger root; grated
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
½ cup Pineapple juice

Directions

Combine in a jar and shake vigorously. Serve on green salad, chicken salad, pasta salad. Makes 4, 2 tablespoon each. 38 cals, ⅓ g protein, ⅗ g fat, 8 g carb, 258 mg sodium, 0 mg chol.
