Oven baked devilled chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Yogurt
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup Dry bread crumbs
¼ teaspoon Paprika
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
4 eaches Chicken thighs, skinned

Directions

In small bowl, mix together the yogurt, mustard, mayo and salt and pepper to taste. In another bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, paprika, and cayenne. Dip chicken pieces into the yogurt mixture, then into the crumb mixture and arrange on a greased baking sheet.

Bake at 400F for about 50-60 minutes, or until juices run clear.
