Palacsinta with pot chesse filling

1 pounds Pot or ricotta cheese
3 Well beaten eggs
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
1 pinch Crushed marjoram
BASIC PALACSINTA (without
Sugar & vanilla)
Milk
16 ounces Sour cream

Directions

Whip ricotta. Beat in eggs, salt, pepper & marjoram. Spoon filling on Palacsintas & roll into tubes. Place side by side in a buttered baking dish. Mix some milk into sour cream to thin it just a bit & pour over rolls. Bake 325 for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
