Parmesan scalloped potatoes (crockpot)

5 Red potatoes; sliced, (about 5 cups sliced) (up to 6)
6 slices Turkey bacon
3 ounces Freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 can Condensed cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

From: Perry Greene <palgreen@...> Layer all ingredients in lightly buttered 3½-quart crock pot (or use a souffle dish to fit in a larger crock pot); cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Adjust seasonings. Serves 4.
