Directions
Combine ricotta, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper and garlic powder in bowl. Stuff shells. Cover bottom of baking dish with 1 cup spaghetti sauce. Arrange stuffed shells in dish and pour remaining spaghetti sauce over all. Cover and bake 25 minutes at 350F. Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes. ALT: Add 1 cup cooked and drained chopped spinach to filling. Continue as above. F.A.T.
