Peanut chutney roll

Ingredients

1 | pack | (8-oz) cream cheese; softened |
½ | cup | Chutney; minced |
½ | cup | Toasted almonds; chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Curry powder |
½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
½ | cup | Unsalted dry-roasted peanuts; minced |
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients. Shape into a log. Wrap in waxed paper and chill 1 hour. Roll log in peanuts and chill overnight.
