1 Fresh pear; cored and cubed
½ cup Diced dried apricots and thinly
; sliced red onions
¼ cup Dried currants and pine nuts*
2 tablespoons Chopped crystallized ginger
½ cup Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch
; Dressing

Directions

Toss all ingredients together and mix well.
