Peggy's toh-fruit drink

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Banana
½ pack Tofu
2 tablespoons Honey; or to taste
2 To 3 cups ice
1 cup Fresh/frozen strawberries*

Directions

*Frozen orange juice or any other berry fruits can be substituted for the strawberries.

In food processor or blender, put banana, honey and fruit; blend until smooth. Slowly add tofu; continue to blend for ½ minute or until smooth. Add 2 to 3 cups ice, until desired thickness is reached.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
