Perfect salmon mold

Ingredients

1 Envelope unflavoured gelatin
1 cup Undiluted Carnation 2% E. milk
1 can (7.5 oz) drained flaked salmon
1 pack Softened cream cheese
¼ cup Mayo
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Chopped green onion
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
¼ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over Carnation in small saucepan; let stand 1- min. to soften. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved; cool. Pour into blender container. Add salmon, ream cheese, Mayo, lemon juice, onion, parsley and salt. cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 3 cup mold. chill until firm. Unmold, garnish and serve with crackers. Makes about 2½ cups.
