Pineapple ginger sauce <t>

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
1 teaspoon Minced ginger
1 cup No-sugar-added pineapple
Juice
¼ cup Low sodium tamari or soy
Sauce
1 tablespoon Cornstarch dissolved in 1
tablespoon Cold water

Directions

Saute garlic and ginger in a little water in a medium non-stick skillet. After about 3 minutes add juice and soysauce. Heat on medium high until it boils, then stir in cornstarch. Heat until it gets to your desired consistency.
