Pineapple ginger sauce <t>

1 | teaspoon | Minced garlic |
1 | teaspoon | Minced ginger |
1 | cup | No-sugar-added pineapple |
Juice | ||
¼ | cup | Low sodium tamari or soy |
Sauce | ||
1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch dissolved in 1 |
tablespoon | Cold water |
Directions
Saute garlic and ginger in a little water in a medium non-stick skillet. After about 3 minutes add juice and soysauce. Heat on medium high until it boils, then stir in cornstarch. Heat until it gets to your desired consistency.
