¼ | cup | Fresh orange juice |
1 | teaspoon | Grated orange rind |
2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |

Cost: $ - Preparation Time: 5 minutes Difficulty Level: 2 - Servings: 12 Source: Family Circle's "All-time Favorite Recipes" 1. Place canberries, pineapple with juice, ¾ cup sugar and orange juice in a food processor or blender. Pulse to coarsely chop.
2. Turn mixture into a medium-size nonaluminum saucepan. Bring to boiling over medium heat. Lower heat; simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, 10 to 12 minutes. Add remaining ¼ cup sugar. Remove from heat.
Stir in rind and vanilla. Transfer to a small non-aluminum container; cool to room temperature. Refrigerate to chill.
