Pistachio raita (piston-walla raita)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Plain yogurt
4 tablespoons Rose water
2 tablespoons Clear honey
36 Unsalted pistachios shelled and chopped
1 pinch Ground saffron (opt'l.)

Directions

Stir the yogurt, rose water, honey and pistachios together and chill the mixture. Sprinkle with saffron, if desired, and serve.
