Plum lightning wine

Directions
Place whole, unpitted plums in a crock. Sprinkle with 5 lbs. of sugar. Add water and yeast. Stir vigorously, cover, and let stand for 4 weeks. Carefully remove plums and any mold that may have formed.
Then strain the liquid into a large bowl. Return liquid to a clean crock and add remaining 2 lbs of sugar. Stir daily for 3 days. On the 4th day the wine is ready for a sip.
