Plum-walnut port sauce

4 | Sweet red plums halved and pitted | |
1 | cup | Port wine |
½ | cup | Chopped walnuts |
4 | Pitted prunes thinly sliced | |
2 | tablespoons | Cold butter |
Directions
Cut each plum half into 4 wedges, as you would a lemon. Set aside.
Put the port in a small saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce by half.
Add the plums, walnuts, prunes and butter, mixing together. Remove from the heat. Serve with seafood.
