Polynesian seafood pasta salad

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

1 | pack | (10 oz) multi-shaped pasta |
¾ | cup | No fat mayonnaise |
2 | cans | Manderine oranges drained, reserving 1/3 c. juice |
2 | cans | (4.25 oz) shrimp (I used frozen), rinsed and drained |
2 | teaspoons | Soy sauce |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
2 | Cloves garlic, crushed | |
1 | cup | Shredded cheddar cheese |
⅓ | cup | Sliced green onions |
1 | tablespoon | Chipotle pepper powder (cheyenne would work too) |
Directions
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain. Rinse iwth cold water, drain.
2. Mix together remaining ingredients, add to macaroni.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours to blend flavors.
