Pork chops with honey and herb butter

50 | grams | Butter; room temperature |

1 | tablespoon | Clear honey |
1 | tablespoon | Freshly chopped thyme |
1 | tablespoon | Freshly chopped parsley |
1 | tablespoon | Freshly chopped chives |
Salt and freshly ground black pepper | ||
1 | 120 gram bag mixed herb salad |
Directions
Blend together the butter, honey, herbs and seasoning to taste. Place half the mixture in a frying pan, spoon the remainder on to a sheet of food wrap, roll up and refrigerate.
Heat the butter in the pan and cook the chops for approximately 6-8 minutes each side, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.
Serve immediately on a bed of mixed herb salad with a slice of the refrigerated butter on top of each chop.
