Quick & easy beef stew^

pounds Boneless beef sirloin,
Trimmed of fat and cubed
2 cloves Or 3 garlic, minced
1 cup Water
cup Flour
1 can (10 1/2oz) condensed beef
Consomme
1 pack (16 oz) frozen corn,
Broccoli and red peppers

Directions

Spray a large nonstick saucepan with Pam. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned.

In small bowl, combine water and flour, blend well. Add flour mixture, consomme and vegetables to meat mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or unti lthickened and vegetables are tender. Makes 4 1¼ cup servings.

Per serving: 300 cal., 33 g protein, 26 g carb., 3 g fiber, 7 g fat, 74 mg chol., 460 mg sodium, 660 mg potassium, 1 ½ starch and 3 lean meat exchanges.
