Quick and easy peanut butter fudge

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Sugar
1 cup Evaporated milk
1 tablespoon Butter
2 cups Crunchly peanut butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

Bring sugar, milk and butter to a rolling boil in a heavy saucepan.

Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and quickly add peanut butter and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Spread/press into 10 x 13 x 1" pan. Let cool slightly, but cut into pieces while still warm, before it's entirely set.

Optional: Add 6 oz chocolate chips along with peanut butter.
